Shipping and
Warranty Information
Returns: Full refunds will be
provided for any unopened merchandise that is
returned within 10 days of a purchase, as well
as for damaged or defective merchandise, or
merchandise shipped in error by En Technology,
provided the item(s) are in the original
packaging and is undamaged. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
For purposes
other than those cited above, merchandise may
be returned within 30 days from date of
receipt & will be subject to a 15%
inspection & restocking charge (except for
in-warranty). If you have any questions
regarding the status of a return & or the
eligibility of an item you wish to return,
please call our customer service department.
At that time we will attempt to resolve the
problem, and if necessary will issue a Return
Authorization Number. If a return/repair is
required, items must be shipped prepaid.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All
returned merchandise must include all blank
documentation, manuals, warranty cards,
literature, accessories etc. If any of these
items are missing or lost, we reserve the
right to refuse the return or restock up to
and above the standard percentage charge.
Please allow ample time for processing your
return (typically your next credit card
statement).
In the event
damaged merchandise is received, retain the
original shipping container & take the
following steps that apply:
A. United Parcel
Service (UPS) - Contact your local UPS office
for an inspection report. Require UPS to
return the merchandise to us; do not return
the merchandise yourself.
B. Parcel Post
(USPS) - If merchandise is damaged, take the
package to your local post office & file a
damage claim. The post office will investigate
the claim & make restitution to cover the
damage.
Merchandise lost
in shipment will be replaced after the
shipment has been traced. Upon notification
from the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will
be filed & the merchandise replaced.
Warranties: En Technology
warrants that its products shall be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a
period of two (2) years from the date of
shipment. If equipment fails due to such
defects, En Technology will, at its option,
repair or provide a replacement for the
defective part or product. Equipment that
fails after the warranty period, has been
operated or installed in a manner other than
that specified by En Technology, or has been
subjected to abuse or modification, will be
repaired for time and material charges at the
buyer's expense.
All
out-of-warranty repairs are warranted for a
period of ninety (90) days from the date of
shipment from the factory. En Technology makes
no other warranties, expressed or implied, of
merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose or otherwise. En Technology's
liability for any cause, including breach of
contract, breach of warranty, or negligence,
with respect to products sold by it, is
limited to repair or replacement by En
Technology, at its sole discretion. In no
event shall En Technology be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages, including
loss of profits.
